Contracting is the initial single service item that DY was established for. The company attended multiple tenders and almost one third of which were awarded. Having signed several construction contract, DY has timely completed and handed-over all commitment with high quality.

DY's construction activities are not limited solely to tenders or customers' ordered contracting jobs. DY has completed numerous self-financed, hence self-employed, construction project as well. Those were either financed to sell or rent or delivered to DY's own purpose of usage.

Having entered the sector with only contracting works as service point, yielded excess necessity to expand DY's field of operations in terms of supporting services. Taking the advantage of the fact that, the profeciencies of founders are based on architecture, civil engineering and entrepreneurship, ensured the addition of "architectural design" and "engineering desing" to DY's initial list of service task.

Architecture, DY's most demanded service

There is no doubt that architectural works are the most vital supporting function to any construction contracting company. DY's eligible and highly creative architectural team has been well synchronized to both construction and engineering teams.

There is no doubt that as well as architecture, engineering function too is one of the most vital supporting function to any construction contracting company. DY's eligible and highly creative engineering team has been well synchronized to both construction and architectural teams.

Marketing Consultancy

With excess demands caused by the current state of business of the three most repeat loyal customers to whom the company has been providing many services in above list of activities, the range of the company's service items expanded with the two last additions of "marketing consultancy" and "real estate".

DY has served multiple customers as marketing consultant in all or selected group of sub functions like Plan, strategy, product, price, place, branding, promotion, people, positioning, processes, and performance.

DY's conducted marketing activities for the following brands either being a financing partner or solely serving to loyal customers, for such brands: évèx, Yakamoz Restaurant, Patata Music Production and Sound Recoring Studios, Rusville Restaurant, and Rusville Summer Village to name a few.

DY Store, Construction Materials

DY Store was a retail store of construction materials. The product sold were either locally supplied or imported from outside the country.

Following is the list of some group of product sold: Ceramic tiles, adhesives, paints, gypsumboards, parquettry, skirtings, suspended ceiling panel boards and accessories, marble, granite, hand tools, equipment and consumables.

The store was a local branch of Jotun. DY Store was a local distributor of Mapei.

DY's conducted feasibility activities for the landlords to make a decision on how to evaluate and put in process of their real estate of interest at the consideration of largest win at the end. DY has served multiple customers as real estate agency in all or selected group of sub functions like acting as representative agent of landlords, lessee, vendor or purchaser whichever is applicable for the case.
